THE COMMUNITY AMBASSADORS PROGRAMME PRESENT THE REAL CSI (JAN21)
It’s really SHORT NOTICE.
But the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) has launched an exciting new model of community action which sees the creation of a Community Ambassador Network where volunteers act as advocates to improve the appeal of a career as a police officer.
If you have a genuine passion for social change, diversity of thought, innovation and a commitment to helping the MPS to look and feel more like London then join us for the inaugural iCAN (I Can be a Community Ambassador) Discovery event entitled “The Real CSI” on Wednesday 21st January 2015, London between 6:00pm – 8:30pm at Empress State Building, London.
This interactive and informative session promises to not only give you an insight into one of the most dynamic and challenging specialist areas in the MPS but also an opportunity to:
- Discover how police officers solve crime
- Gain a better understanding of evolving investigation techniques
- Increase your knowledge of scientific evidence and information
- Hear from serving BME and female Officers talking about their career and what it’s like to work for the MPS
- Plus coming up with your own “big idea” as part of the Community Ambassador Programme
Don’t miss out.
The iCAN Discovery Session provides you with in-depth information on what it takes to become a Community Ambassador. In return you will receive ongoing training, mentoring and access to specialist departments to help you develop your BIG IDEA based on your unique ideas, talent, skills, knowledge and local networks.
