Black British Classical Foundation Presents an Operatic Gala (OCT03)

BBCF

To celebrate Black History Month, the Black British Classical Foundation (BBCF) invites you to help them to make Black History by attending an Operatic Gala showcasing the talents of leading BAME classical singers.

The gala will take place on Wednesday 3rd October 2017 at St John Smith Square, London.

The BBCF aims to promote the spread of opera to a wider audience and to act as a vehicle for the advancement of the careers of BAME opera singers and classical musicians.

The BBCF will host the Voice of Black Opera 2018 (VOBO’s) at which 20 BAME contestants from the British Commonwealth will compete in London for the title, and this Gala will go a long way towards raising the funds needed to stage this important, fantastic event.

The BBCF would be honoured if you could attend the Gala and perhaps you might consider spreading the word to your BAME workers, and your diversity and inclusion departments.
