Sonia Brown is the founder and Director of the National Black Women’s Network (NBWN); Let’s Talk Business and Sistatalk.
Sonia has broad experience in business communication and project management as well as developing the business case of more innovative and forward thinking programmes for organisational transformation in diversity issues. She is an authority on many areas of business, leadership and branding/marketing, as well as supporting individuals to achieve success in all areas of life.
She was a member of the Ministry of Defence’s Diversity Champions Panel and a strategic partner of the BAME Women Councillors’ Taskforce that was established as part of Harriet Harman’s Priorities for Black Women She works across all government parties to increase BAME representation and participation in public life and enterprise.
Sonia holds a MA in Marketing Communications; BA in Business Communications and is a certified NLP Practitioner. She writes the business page for the Voice Newspaper and contributes to a number of radio shows, magazines and newspapers on women, diversity and enterprise issues.
