We provide dynamic initiatives, enabling women from diverse
backgrounds and occupations to develop strong professional and social contacts; high quality training and education programmes;
leadership and national recognition.

Sarah McPherson

Sarah McPherson is an experienced and well respected freelance consultant to the Women’s Enterprise sector. 

She is currently working as Women’s Business Enterprise Development Associate for WEConnect.  WEConnect is the leading UK supplier diversity initiative spearheading the connection of women-owned business and multinational corporations. WEConnect is the UK's leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to global and national corporations and government bodies.

She is excited about the opportunities for business growth that WEConnect can offer ambitious women business owners, by connecting them to multi national corporations who have all made a significant commitment to increasing their supplier diversity. 

Sarah is a SFEDI accredited business adviser with a post-graduate diploma in counselling who has worked in the mainstream and with specialist organisations across the UK.  She is an international speaker on subjects such as marketing business support to women and quality systems for women friendly enterprise support.

In her  20 years experience of business advice,  EU funding, economic development and women’s enterprise, she has worked nationally and internationally and has been resident in most UK regions at some point in her life, working in Cardiff, the Shetland Islands and the East and West Midlands and now resident in Norfolk.
She now combines her consultancy work with her creative interests and also trades as a textile artist, selling through quality galleries in Norfolk and Suffolk.  She has even supplied Prince Charles with one of her bespoke, hand made reproduction Victorian Sweetheart pincushions!
