BOARDROOM

Companies and CEOs claim that Diversity and Inclusion matter.

The initiatives provided are often oversimplified or misunderstood and decades later, the NBWN believes progress is not where it needs to be to generate real change for our members.

We fight for representation at Boardroom, Executive and Non-Executive levels.

NO MORE LIP SERVICE. LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN. TOGETHER.

Over the years, the NBWN has actively collaborated with private and public sector organisations, executive board search firms, charities and all party government departments. These collaborations aim to create opportunities for our members seeking board positions by facilitating access to board vacancies and fostering connections with companies, thereby eliminating the excuse of "We can't find them."

Additionally, the NBWN has forged partnerships with various professional networks that share the goal of increasing the representation of women on boards, granting them broader exposure and access to board seats. Through these partnerships, the NBWN provides its members with empowering education, support and resources to advance their leadership aspirations and secure board positions.
