A National Discourse on Carnival Arts Conference will be held Friday 2nd - Sunday 4th October at Carnival Village, The Tabernacle.
The weekend event is packed with a range of activities including panel discussions, Exhibition, workshops, performances and just the traditional 'Trini Lime'
