The Business Banking Resolution Service helps find solutions to complaints between small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), charities, trusts and their banks.
Businesses get free, personalised support from highly skilled and experienced dispute resolution specialists. It’s open to businesses typically with £1m+ turnover and can look at current complaints and those dating back to 2001.
If the BBRS upholds a complaint, it can make a financial or non-financial award in the business’s favour of up to £350,000 for Historical Cases and £600,000 for Contemporary Cases - and it can recommend more.
