Nominations Open for Divas of Colour 2016

Divas of Colour International Women's Day is the largest gathering of the world's most powerful women of colour from around the globe.


A special day to recognise, reward and celebrate the contributions of women of colour.


The award nominations are open to women of African, Caribbean and Asian backgrounds living all around the world.


You do not have to be resident in the UK to be put forward for an award. Your work speaks for you.


Past recipients include - Prof Elizabeth Anionwu, Sen Grace Bent, (Nigeria), Hon Abike Dabiri (Nigeria), Muzvare Betty Makoni (CNN hero - Zimbabwe), Rep Dee Dawkins - (USA Georgia State Rep), Cllr Anna Mbachu, Cllr Kate Anolue among others.



We need you to help spread the word as your nominations will help us discover women of colour who have been making history by breaking every boundary in various disciplines.
