The 21 Day Sadness Diet Intro

Updated: Sep 19, 2022

I am generally a person with a positive attitude to life and try to make the best of the challenges that come my way.

Over the last week, I have been soul searching and recognise that there are situations I am going through that still make me feel very sad.

I believe that if I could sort these things out I can be happier.

I also recognise that I am not alone, so many of us are trying to cope with life challenges.

The idea of The Sadness Diet© is for us to look at the things that make us sad, and together find ways to help us feel happier and have a reason to wake up each day with a smile.

So on this journey, we will all support, motivate, inspire, love, and encourage each other.

Things you will need to start:-

  • Willingness to be happier.

  • Note Book and different coloured pens

  • An empty shoe box

Cost – Free – you just need to dedicate at least 10 minutes a day.

About Me

I am Genny Jones aka Confident Queen a confidence builder and happiness spreader.

I set up the Happiness Project Kent in 2009 to give hope and help people develop a positive attitude to life. I have gone through major setbacks at various times of my life, and thanks to the help and support from family, friends and various organisations, I am stronger and have been able to help give others hope and a reason to smile.

I was excited in 2013 when I was nominated for the Pride of Britain Award for the ITV Meridian region for my work in spreading happiness and smiles
